Şanlıurfa Rural Earthquake Housing Package 2 Infrastructure Works

Infrastructure and external works for rural earthquake houses across 20 neighbourhoods in six districts of Şanlıurfa were completed, including stone walls, roads, water and wastewater systems, septic tanks and safety railings.

Excavation and sub-base works, stone retaining walls, concrete block paving, kerbs and drainage channels, steel railings, drinking-water and wastewater lines, and reinforced-concrete septic tanks for rural earthquake housing sites.

Delivered during 2025–2026, the project covered the infrastructure and external works of rural earthquake housing sites in 20 neighbourhoods across Bozova, Halfeti, Haliliye, Hilvan, Karaköprü and Siverek. Site teams were mobilised concurrently across geographically dispersed locations. The topography and construction requirements of each neighbourhood were assessed individually to determine the appropriate execution method. The completed works included approximately 86,000 m³ of excavation, 35,000 m³ of stone walls, 25,000 m³ of sub-base and 31,000 m² of block paving, together with water and wastewater networks, septic tanks, kerbs, drainage channels and steel railings.
